For many kinds of discussions like Mock Interviews or Resume Review, we encourage video.
Just let your coach know you prefer video for your appointment.
Video chat uses your minutes if you are subscriber just like phone calls do.
We have our own video platform and it's required to use that for video chat.
We do not support coaching via Google Hangouts, Zoom etc.
